Tiger International Resources Inc (TGR.V) is pleased to announce….

Patric Barry, president of Tiger International, and Coleen Barry, corporate secretary of Tiger International, have exercised all their incentive share options in Tiger for a total investment of $54,000 in the company.

The new capital has been sent to the company's operations office in Adelaide, Australia, for use in the continuing work program of developing the company's 5,400 sq. kilometer Flinders Ranges Diamond Exploration Project.

The issued shares of Tiger International now total 4,279,823. Mr. and Ms. Barry have stated to the company that the new shares they hold are a long term investment and they have no immediate intention of selling the shares.

Work on the project is continuing through the dry Australian winter with remediation and mapping presently in progress.
