TIGER INTERNATIONAL RESOURCES INC. ("TGR-V;TIGRF-L") - Flinders Ranges Diamond Exploration Update

Patric Barry, President of Tiger International Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "Tiger"), reports that the drilling program commenced in December and January has been completed and 119 holes drilled, plus other sampling and testing, and the laboratory analysis has now been completed. The company will issue a comprehensive report as soon as possible, but no later than May 2, 1999, as the completed results have only now been received from Independent Diamond Laboratories in Perth, Australia.

Results were delayed while several drill results were verified by obtaining additional material from the sample storage area at tiger's project area for specific drill holes, and sending this additional material to the lab in Perth for verification and audit prior to the results being issued to the public.

Tiger's geological consultants are analyzing the information and are formulating a further program of work on specific areas, these recommendations to be announced with the specific results.

Tiger International resources' diamond exploration project is 5,430 sq. kilometers in size, and is located in the Flinders Ranges area of South Australia.
