Winter Drilling and Sampling Program Report Of Tiger International Resources
The Winter drill program conducted by Tiger International Resources Inc. (TGR.V) at the 5,435 sq. km South Flinders Ranges Diamond Project has been completed. Drill samples having been dispatched to Independent Diamond Laboratories (IDL) in Perth, Australia, for processing. IDL indicates that the total batch will be completed by early March 1999. Approximately 120 samples have been sent for analysis. To date, a total of 170 drill holes have been sunk. Results will be announced when they are fully verified, mapped and interpolated by independent methodology.

An exacting grid drilling program was conducted to identify the location of three prime kimberlite sources of high levels of diamond indicator minerals located near hole SF50, Mount Dick, and West Springfield locations within the project area.The drilling program was designed to map these indicator occurrences, and to locate the kimberlites for further drilling and sampling.

As announced in 1998, Tiger discovered diamonds on the Flinders Ranges project, and is now seeking to enhance those results by defining the particular kimberlites which have been observed to produce high levels of kimberlitic diamond indicators and which are expected to contain more diamonds from the original kimberlite sources.

SEC 20F Filing Will Allow Stockbrokers in all Fifty States to Trade Issued Shares of Tiger International Resources Inc.
Tiger has retained legal counsel to prepare and file a 20F Foreign Issuer Filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), which will be filed upon sign off by Tiger's auditor. The 20F Registration will permit United States securities brokers in all fifty states to solicit activity in Tiger's shares. Presently, Tiger has a 12G filing with the SEC, which provides for solicitation privileges in only seven states.

Tiger International Resources Inc. is a diamond exploration company with 4.159 million shares on issue. Tiger's main asset is the advanced South Flinders Ranges Diamond Project, where diamonds were discovered by Tiger International Resources in 1998.
