Mr. Barry has
extensive finance and asset management
experience prior to 1987. Masters in Business
Administration (MBA) 1978.
- WILLIAM FALLICK,

William
Fallick serves as a Vancouver based director
of Tiger International. Mr. Fallick is
trained and licensed in the securities
industry of Canada, and has extensive
experience in financing and underwriting
involvements.
- MICHAEL MARCHAND
Ph.D. P.Geol. Geological Consultant to Tiger
Int'l Resources Inc.; Calgary, Alberta
Since 1991,
Dr. Marchand P. Geol. has acted as an
independent mineral resource consultant in
both diamond and metallic minerals for
several junior companies. During this period
he also served as President and director of
Canadian Mining Resources Inc. (1994-1995),
and as a director and VP Exploration for
Madrona Mining Ltd. (1995-present) and
Transworld Trading Corporation. Prior to
that, he worked for major companies in
mineral and energy exploration as well as a
geologist with the Canadian government in
Northern Canada. Dr. Marchand received his
honours B. Sc (1967) and M. Sc. (1970) from
McGill University in Montreal and his Ph. D
from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario
(1976). Dr. Marchand is a member of several
technical and professional organizations; a
Professional Geologist (A.A.P.E.G.A.)
registered in Alberta, a Fellow of the
Geological Association of Canada and a member
of the Canadian Society of Petroleum
Geologists, the Prospector and Developers
Association of Canada, and the Canadian
Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. He
currently serves as a director of the Mineral
Deposits Division of the Geological
Association of Canada. Dr. Marchand has been
actively participating in the mineral
industry and growing with it since 1965.
